EVENT RENTALS
We offer a variety of unique spaces within our Ulm Sweet Ulm community hub to host your events! Ulm Sweet Ulm shares space with our local bookstore, Lykke Books, which offers a casual atmosphere that is welcoming and cozy. We can adapt to meet your group's unique needs.
To use either of our event spaces, please complete the following Short-Term Rental Agreement and return it to the bookstore either physically or through email to lykkebooks@gmail.com. After confirming your reservation, we'll need the legal name and address for your organization as well as a phone number and email for the main point of contact. We'll also walk through room setup needs at that time to ensure the room is ready for your group when they arrive.
We also work closely with a local caterer ----- local non-profit organization Gutes Essen Deli & Catering ----- and they deliver on-site to us for any event needs.
EVENT SPACES
Event Room (private space) - Our premiere event rental is a dedicated use of our multi-purpose space which includes tables with linens, chairs, a podium, a projector and screen, and an electronic keyboard (for all your musical performance needs!). Our typical event room rate is $50/hour and includes full use of our 920 sq ft event room (max capacity of 49) during store hours. After-hours events are $75/hour plus a $50 cleaning fee.
Log Cabin (semi-private space) - We offer a $30/hour space rental for use of our log cabin seating area, which can also be configured to meet your group's needs. Perfect for small, casual gatherings and full of cozy seating around our fireplace area.
